Emily specializes in trauma recovery with children, teens, and adults. She understands how the weight of past traumatic life events can show up in the present, leaving you feeling stuck and disconnected from the life you want. She honors the ways you’ve survived while helping you build new patterns that fit who you are today. With awareness of family dynamics, discrimination, and oppression, Emily offers a safe and compassionate space to begin healing and moving forward.

Emily is also skilled in supporting children, teens, and adults experiencing depression. Emily quickly helps you get unstuck by building practical skills to help you find motivation and build community.
