Clarity Counseling Center partners with primary care, specialty practices, and inpatient facilities to provide timely outpatient therapy referrals.

Our team helps match patients with the right clinician based on insurance, availability, location, and clinical needs—so referrals stay simple and follow-through is smooth.

We offer both in-person and telehealth therapy options to maximize access and continuity of care.

Referrals have never been easier. 

To make a referral:

1. Complete our secure online provider referral form

2. Call our intake team at (910) 240-2489

3. Email our intake team at clarityoffice@claritywilmington.com

4. Fax (if preferred) the patient’s information to 910.447.4421 

Our intake team responds promptly and keeps referrals moving; typically within one business day.
