Our needs evolve month by month and we’d encourage you to complete this process, even though we may not have a position available at this time. Our hiring process is based not just on location need, but on clinical specialties, training, etc.

We are currently hiring therapists to provide therapy services: W2 employee positions, in-person, hybrid, and remote full time and part time.

Our total compensation and benefits package ranges between 65-75% of what the revenue a clinician generates, depending on licensure level and which benefits options are utilized. This means the typical clinician on our team earns nearly 50% more than their current agency position or 10-25% more than their current solo private practice, all while working 10+ hours less per week.
