Frank is our resident ADHD guru. He is skilled at empowering his clients with the knowledge needed to understand that ADHD is always a double edge sword. It’s a superpower and can also cause great pain when left untreated. He uses evidence-based practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help his clients harness their strengths and manage symptoms effectively.
Frank specializes in working individuals experiencing depression. Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Existential Therapy, Frank helps his clients walk through the darkness and find the light again.
Frank is also skilled in navigating the intersection of ADHD and depression. Frank understands that unmanaged ADHD symptoms can contribute to feelings of sadness and low self-worth. Frank utilizes behavioral interventions, cognitive restructuring, and mindfulness practices to navigate ADHD symptoms in ways that really work.
Frank is dedicated to working with individuals who have experienced the effects of substance use of those close to them. He employs evidence-based practices to provide his clients with the tools needed to navigate the complexities of their relationships and establish healthy boundaries to reclaim their lives.
Fun Fact: Frank spent two months in Peru as a volunteer.
