Katie loves working with adults experiencing anxiety of all kinds – especially panic disorder and social anxiety. Both panic disorder and social anxiety can feel so disruptive – whether it’s physical anxiety symptoms or worries about others’ perceptions of us, it can feel like anxiety is taking control of our lives. Katie works with her clients to regain control utilizing evidence-based approaches to develop coping strategies and untangle their worry thoughts.

Katie specializes in working with adults with ADHD. ADHD symptoms like difficulty concentrating, impulsivity, and more can make us feel at-odds with our own brains. Katie works collaboratively with clients to harness their strengths and develop realistic strategies to manage symptoms. Through evidence-based techniques, Katie empowers clients to navigate their ADHD in a way that fosters resilience and growth.

Katie is passionate about working with individuals who have experienced pregnancy loss and/or infertility. With deep empathy and understanding, she creates a safe and nurturing space where clients can openly express their grief and emotions. Katie is dedicated to helping individuals find healing through personalized therapeutic approaches that address both the emotional and practical aspects of their journeys.
