Telehealth services are provided via our Simple Practice portal between the therapist and client on a secure web page.

Telehealth services should not dramatically change the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist.

The video services we offer can be accessed by Simple Practice Telehealth app on a smartphone or a secure URL laptop using your computer or mobile web browser.

On the day of your telehealth appointment, you will receive an email with a link to join the call.

Copayments and cost of services will not change by opting for telehealth services and all current therapeutic agreements will be honored. All telehealth clients will be required to have an active credit card on file and to enroll in autopay services. Copay will be collected via autopay the same day.

Clients will be required to sign a consent to telehealth via their Simple Practice portal.

After your telehealth session, you may reschedule online via your Simple Practice portal or admin will contact you via phone, email, or your client portal.
